Its my ah yee's birthday today and I bought her this amazingly cute book called : To that very special aunt, that had just about every single line describing her. As if it was written just for her. I don't know if it is true about every single aunt dear to you. But it certainly described her.
Here are just some of the things that were written in the book.
Aunts are sort of a bridge between children and grown-ups. They don't belong to either side and so can arrange compromises.
Aunts are inclined to side step your mother's threatening glances- and buy you another chocolate sundae ! :)
Aunts are the only people who can turn to your mother and father and say " Bosh! You did it when you were their age- and it didn't do you any harm!"
When parents hum and ha over a really beautiful, really expensive, outfit for you - it's often aunt who says "I'll go halves" :D
I just think its an absolutely cute book and like everyone should totally buy it for their aunt! Love ya Ah Yee!
